Dr. Terry Siller is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with over 25 years experience in private practice treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. He specializes in the treatment of hip, knee and shoulder disorders in patients of all ages.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas in Austin and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He obtained his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Subsequently, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Medical Center. After residency, he went on to complete a fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Siller is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
A native Galvestonian, Dr. Siller enjoys serving patients in the Gulf-Coast area. Since entering private practice at the Orthopedic Clinic of Galveston County, he has been honored that more than 30,000 patients have trusted him for their bone and joint care. Dr. Siller takes time to listen so that he may understand the unique needs of each patient. His individualized treatment plans are based on the latest scientifically-proven methods for alleviating pain and restoring function. Dr. Siller takes a conservative approach to surgery and is able to correct many issues without the need for surgery.
Dr. Siller’s goal is to optimize function, decrease pain and to return the patient back to their active lifestyle as soon as possible. He strives to give patients all the information they need to make an informed decision about their treatment options.

Outside of orthopedics, Dr. Siller enjoys spending time with his family, boating, water skiing, playing tennis and fishing.
